Our products are all high-quality, but if there is quality problems occur within 100 days, we will unconditionally replace the products for you, and you will get a store voucher.
What is your return policy?
We hope you are completely satisfied with the products purchased from MUKAYIMO! If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can return the product within 30 days and get a full refund (minus promotional discounts and shipping costs).
After receiving your order, please check your package for damaged, missing or incorrect items, and contact us within five working days to report any problems. Please provide your order number, damaged photos and packing list.
Damaged items reported within 10 working days or more after delivery may not be eligible for return or replacement.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for any returns that are no longer in a new condition, original packaging or damaged, missing any labels, instructions or parts.
If the returned item is opened, no longer in full packaging, damaged, or significantly different from the way it was shipped to you, it may not be able to be returned, or a restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged.
Items that do not accept returns will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Who pays for the return shipping?
If your product is damaged when it arrives, or the product sent to you is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible, email@example.com, we will reply to your email within 24 hours. MUKAYIMO will provide further explanation and bear the round-trip freight
Except for damaged or defective goods, you shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
How to return
Pack your items and attach a copy of the packing list or remarks, which should include the order name, phone number, email address, and order number (if any). Write down the reason for your return.
Note: If you choose to ship your return via USPS First Class or parcel, please note that you cannot return your item in the "Priority Mail" box.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, discounts, shipping and gift wrapping fees (if applicable).
If the returned item causes the original order subtotal to drop to the free shipping limit, the applicable shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds and credits are usually processed within seven working days after receiving the return. You will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
The product is damaged, defective or incorrect
MUKAYIMO insists on the quality of all the products we carry. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and attach a photo of the damaged or defective item so that we can help you handle it correctly.
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us immediately before leaving feedback or making a claim. We are happy to solve any problems. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in a brand new, unused condition, and all original packaging must be intact and labeled.
*Please note that although our environmentally friendly materials are more durable than most plastic toys, they sometimes break. Although we control every aspect of toy production with high standards to make the quality of toys better, we cannot guarantee that our toys will not be damaged due to play and use.
Sorry, we are unable to provide exchange services, but we are happy to help you process returns and place new orders, and waive the shipping costs for new orders.
